How many times will a client pay for the printings?
As for screen printing and embroidery, the installation is paid only for the first time. For embroidered garments, each time the implant is used, there will be a small supplement for its reuse. Screen printing, on the other hand, has the cost of reusing the frame plus a minimum purchase / pieces.
For digital, hot and sublimation printing, no starting system is needed but only the individual prints will be paid.
How big are the prints?
Our most used sizes are A6, A5, A4 and A3. Obviously they can vary depending on the required print. Ex: do you want to customize the collar or sleeve? The previously mentioned dimensions are too large to work in that position, we will make adapt and use different standards.
What is the minimum of customizable pieces thas has to be met?
For customized products, there is a minimum order based on the quantity and type of customization performed.
Can I purchase your products without a VAT number?
No, as we are wholesale we are not allowed to sell to private clients.This goes both for clothes and custom productions.
What’s the minium order?
Minimum order is 60 EUR (Vat excluded)
How long does it take to finish a customization?
On average, customizations are delivered 2 to 3 weeks after the customer confirms the order.
Depending on the type of work, there may be variations in the waiting time.
Do you ship your products?
Yes, we usually ship with GLS. To track your orders you can contact us.
Can I replace a garment if I ordered a wrong size?
We don’t offer replacements for ordering wrong size. However, if the garment is defective they will be replaced together with the return slip.
